Ham Steaks have been my "go to" meal when I have not idea what to make for dinner. It has always been my least favorite dinner. That is until tonight. I picked up ham steaks at Whole Foods. Niman Ranch Applewood Smoked Uncured Ham Steaks. Amazingly moist and the flavor! It was a very nice surprise.
