I had made this dish last year and it was as good as the last time it was made. The recipe comes from the Jamie Oliver book, Jamie At Home. I did make sure we had enough bread because the sauce is delicious.
This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.

Sausage and Cherry Tomato Bake
