Rib Eye Steak with Salad and Pita Chips


What's easier than a salad.

Now about those pita chips...

A couple of weeks ago I make Chicken Souvlaki. We used pita bread and what was not used we put in the freezer. Some how I stumbled on this recipe for homemade pita chips from the Cookie + Kate site. Nice!
