Burgers and Grilled Corn? It Must Be Summer!

Well for tonight it is summer. Tomorrow bring more rain.  But these are our first burgers on the grill this year! The first burgers always taste like summer. And the corn, well I thought it was too early but it was like butter. Best part of these meals is the clean up. Almost nothing to wash.

The salad was Farro with Roasted Beets, English Cucumber, Carrots, Celery and Ricotta Salata. The dressing was simply olive oil and lemon juice.
