Sausage and Pepper Calzone in 3 Shots

 Fresh from the oven.

Topped with homemade Marinara Sauce and
a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano.
Cut in half. The filling, sausage 
and roasted red and green peppers, on top of 
Ricotta, oregano, basil and parsley and 
Parmigiano Reggiano and Mozzarella cheeses.
