I do love this cut of meat. It is cheap and it is ready in less than 30 minutes. I used this recipe once before and I just love it.
For a side dish, I roasted potatoes and carrots.
Ingredients -
Melt butter in a skillet, and mix in the soy sauce. Saute the green onions until lightly browned.
Place the pork steaks in the
skillet, cover, and cook 8 to 10 minutes on each side. The time depends on the thickness of your steaks. Ours were not that thick. I did 5 minutes per side. Remove cover, and
continue cooking another 5 minutes, or to an internal temperature of 145
degrees F.
