This weekend I made 2 dishes of Stuffed Shells. One for tonight and one for the freezer. Tonight Chris called to get an ETA for me and he said he added the sausage leftover from last nights dinner to the Stuffed Shells. Nice additions. The shells were stuffed with a mix of Ricotta, Egg, Parmigiana, salt., pepper, parsley. The sauce was the Marcel Hazen Tomato, Butter and Onion Sauce.
