Tonight I made a Jamie Oliver recipe, Grilled Cod with Pancetta and Pea Mash. I altered it a bit... Hake was on sale at Whole Foods so I used that in place of the Cod. I did not have garden peas but I had Edamame peas. It was easy to prepare and it was not a heavy meal... room for dessert?
This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.

Grilled Hake with Pancetta and Pea Mash
Tonight I made a Jamie Oliver recipe, Grilled Cod with Pancetta and Pea Mash. I altered it a bit... Hake was on sale at Whole Foods so I used that in place of the Cod. I did not have garden peas but I had Edamame peas. It was easy to prepare and it was not a heavy meal... room for dessert?
