Roast Beef with Provolone and Roasted Pepper Pannini

When I saw that Roast Beef was on sale at the deli this dinner sounded so good. Well it was good. It was just very simple. Sauteed the meat, so it wouldn't "walk to the plate" and melted the cheese on top. Then I put the meat and cheese on roll and topped it with the roasted red peppers. On to the pannini press and that was it.
