Sausage and Chard with Polenta

What a beautiful day! And what a delicious meal. Tonight's recipe comes from Sausage and Chard with Polenta. The changes I made in the recipe were that I added onion, crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese was added to the polenta.

So do you use paper or plastic when you leave you re-useable bags in the car?
Well I ask for paper because....
