Pasta Fagioli

An almost wordless Wednesday... This is our favorite  Pasta e Fagioli recipe so far. It is from Italy Magazine. Do not forget the Italian bread!

Interesting ingredients. It looks wonderful.. nothing like my mom or grandmother made which were both different from each other also. So many Regions do it different. I do love the color. We put loads of grating cheese in it while cooking. Love the change from Ditalini to this pasta! nicely done!
