Craving dinner but short on time? This is the perfect solution! I tossed some pork chops in our go-to marinade and popped them in the air fryer. Fourteen minutes later, with a quick flip halfway through, and dinner was served! The result? Juicy, flavorful pork chops with minimal effort. Who says fast food can't be delicious?
Pork Chop Marinade-
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard1 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
salt and pepper
The tomato salad was put together with ingredients we had on hand. I picked up the tomatoes at Cole's
Farm stand, which no Virginia does not accept payment with Venmo. Parsley and basil from our deck. Fresh mozzarella, some feta cheese, salt pepper, olive oil, and red wine vinegar.
This is the recipe we use for boiling corn. Yeah, it seems simple enough but why waste time guessing.
From Love and Lemons we have this-
- Fill a large skillet with one inch of water and add husked ears of corn in a single layer.
- When the water returns to a boil, cover the skillet and cook for 3 minutes, until the corn is bright yellow and tender.
- Drain, top with your favorite fixings (I like olive oil, salt, and lemon juice), and enjoy!
