Baked Chicken

A quick dinner tonight. Baked Chicken, marinated in parsley, thyme, lemon juice and hot sauce.
Rice and peas and carrots were the sides. Busy day and an easy dinner.
Oh but the appetizers...

The recipe for Cheddar Olives comes from A Nod is as Good as a Wink to a Blind Horse. Delicious!
