One of the blogs I follow, The Italian Dish, featured this recipe back in August of 2009. I bookmarked it and have finally made it. We both enjoyed this! Seconds for both of us.
I was home today so I made roasted cauliflower. It's like popcorn!
This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.
