It's Chicken Parmesan. Too long a week so the photo will have to do.
But I got flowers from a co-worker today. So pretty and the scent was wonderful.
And Lucy liked them too!
This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.
