Twas The Night Before Christmas

And there was a lot of fish in the house. I am not even going to try to capture in words what this meal was like. If you have seen any of my previous Christmas Eve posts you know this is my favorite meal of the year.  Once again Lenore and Ralph blew us away with the dishes and the flavors and the wine.
