Eggs in Purgatory

I love eggs poached in tomato sauce. This is a recipe my Mom made quite often. The sauce was a basic Marinara. Once the sauce was done the eggs were dropped in the sauce and left to poach. Some Italian bread and a glass, or two, of wine and you are done.
