Skillet Gnocchi with Chard & White Beans

 Where to start? Okay I had leftover risotto and did not want to waste it. 
So I made rice balls. Yum!

Our main dish was from EatingWell.  I had never used the "shelf-stable gnocchi" before. It was not bad. We both loved this meal. And it was meatless. I had some beet greens from the beets I roasted the other night and added them to the Swiss Chard.
Chris picked up a bottle of Fratelli Grati 2008 Chianti to go with dinner. Nice.

So have you heard about Pinterest. It is a fun site to spend some time looking around.
