Skillet Gnocchi with Chard & White Beans
Where to start? Okay I had leftover risotto and did not want to waste it.
So I made rice balls. Yum!
EatingWell. I had never used the "shelf-stable gnocchi" before. It was not bad. We both loved this meal. And it was meatless. I had some beet greens from the beets I roasted the other night and added them to the Swiss Chard.
