Looking on the internet today for a recipe using grape tomatoes. I found a great site, The Italian Chef. The recipe Pasta with Grape Tomatoes uses 7 ingredients, I left out the garlic. Perfect for the tomatoes and I can imagine adding other things to the dish. Perhaps Tuna or Bacon...
Then there was this cookie recipe that I found on the foodbuzz site, Jehan Can Cook, for Coconut Shortbread Cookies. I added chocolate shots and was quite pleased with the outcome.
