I would like to thank my husband for the title of tonight's blog. Vidalia Onions were on sale so I went to epicurious.com to look for a recipe. Found Vidalia Onion Pie and the rest is history. The recipe said not to use low fat milk... well I did and it turned out fine. It was so good. We also had some Chicken Soup for Allegre Express. Not bad for week night meal.
