Kinda of a big game panini

Roast Beef with Swiss cheese and olive spread. Chris had mustard and horseradish on his panini. Perfect meal for Monday night football... Go Giants!

Congratulations on your new grill. I now take a closer look at the panini menus at restaurants. I saw one last week that was made with prosciutto, fig jam and asiago cheese. Hope you have a Merry Christmas!
