This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food.
She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question.
So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.
Another Sunday evening with Mark Bittman. Pasta with Eggplant, Tomato and Bread Crumbs. What amazes me about the Mark Bittman recipes is their simplicity. A few ingredients which when combined pack a lot of flavor.
