Beef Stroganoff

Lets start with the small portion of Roast Beef I had in the freezer, are you following a pattern lately - cleaning out the freezer. Next I found this recipe. I especially like the bit of history that is given at the start of the recipe. The end result was pure comfort. But any meal that involves egg noddles is comforting to me! And as you can see by the photo I substituted zucchini for the mushrooms.
