Roasted Sausage, Peppers, Onions and Potatoes

Another winner! Roasted Sausage, Peppers, Onions and Potatoes. Seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, crushed red pepper and olive oil. That's it. Does not get easier than this one!

This was the first time I added the potatoes. Loved the potatoes!

Would you post the recipe for the roasted sausage and peppers? I have the peppers, onions, sausages and potatoes and just want to make sure I do it right...

I put the sliced veggies, potatoes and sausage in a ziplock bag . I add enough olive oil to coat and add oregano, salt, pepper, thyme and crushed red pepper. I shake it up to coat. I cover a baking sheet with foil and spray that with cooking spray, makes clean up much easier. Put in 400 degree oven for 25 minutes. Flip all ingredients and roast for another 25 minutes.or until it looks lime the photo!
