Mediterranean Foccacia Bread



One of the blogs I follow is Nourish. There was a recipe for Mediterranean Foccacia Bread which sounded so easy. Oh my God. It is unbelievable how good it is. The olives and sun-dried tomatoes with the rosemary and sea salt. Sighn. But then when I dunked it in the olive oil from Tuscany the taste was over the top. I had to force myself to stop eating it... but it is still in the kitchen... I think I hear it call me...

Wow two nights in a row without cooking. Chris made steaks on the grill with grilled zucchini spears. Just delicious. I did make the baked potatoes. : )
