Tonight we had Spiced Mini Burgers with Couscous Salad. The recipe is from RealSimple.com. The burgers were made from beef I got at Whole Foods. The Couscous Salad was delicious.

This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.
