Tonight we had Chicken Pot Pie but I used Phyllo dough instead of a regular crust. Chris enjoyed it. For the filling I used the recipe from RealSimple.com that I posted back in September.
This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.
