Chicken Parmesan

Simple comfort food. Cut the chicken breasts into scallopines and dipped them in egg and then panko bread crumb seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano and Parmesan cheese. Heated olive oil and browned breasts on both sides. Place breasts in baking pan and top with marinara sauce and a slice of fresh mozz cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
