The Gazpacho recipe was from Culinate. Perfect for using up tomatoes. I think it could have used a bit more spice. The Prosciutto, Tomato and Basil Panini was as usual very good.
This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.
