Perfect Grilled Pizza

We have got it figured out. Grill the dough on both sides and then add the topping and re-grill the pies. The crust had a perfect crunch!

Did a little baking too... and then the heat wave returned....

I've never made grilled pizza! My hubby loves pizza and he's mentioned doing this before, but I had no idea how. I'll remember: grill both sides, then add goodies! Check! :) Looks delicious!
