This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.

So you can really grill the pre-made polenta? Is that what instant polenta is? Cool!
They sell instant polenta in the pasta aisle at Stop and Shop. Three minutes is all it takes. Just put it in a pan lined with plastic wrap and you are good to go. It is so wonderfully simple.
