I liked the roasted beets and carrots, I was able to pick up red and golden beets. It was a very attractive dinner, and great tasting too!

This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.

Roasted Carrots and Beets with the Juiciest Pork Chops
I liked the roasted beets and carrots, I was able to pick up red and golden beets. It was a very attractive dinner, and great tasting too!
