Cranberry-Orange Braised Beef

How many days until Christmas? Well we got our tree today. While we were decorating the tree I had dinner in the oven. The recipe came from the Whole Foods site. Loved this... but I did like the potatoes the best!
Not sure if it was the tree or dinner in the oven but it smelled like Christmas in here today. And I am becoming a fan of slow cooking! The potatoes which I roasted were supplied by my dad! And I have decided to serve Roasted Potatoes instead of Scalloped Potatoes for Christmas. Check that off my list.

  And our tree is up and is very nice!
