Autumn Vegetable Bread Soup

We have a new favorite soup. I got home from work at around 2:30, half a day vacation day, and started the soup about 2:45. It was done by 3:45. I made the poached eggs and put them on ice. I broiled the bread, which was the No Knead Bread. At 6pm I put it all together and popped it in the oven. This soup was amazing. Even without the bread, the eggs, the cheese, it would have been good. And I have enough for another meal. Do you want to try this? Visit the Soup Addict. Trust me you won't be disappointed.
