Boeuf Daube

I found this recipe in our weekly paper. The article was written by Lee White. It was entitled "Best Beef Ever". Perfect title. Click here to read the article and see the recipe.
I liked this recipe because the prep work was not too time consuming and I put it in the oven and it roasted for about 3 hours. Chris loved this!
Did everyone enjoy their extra hour today? I spent mine knitting and catching up on that new show, Once Upon A Time. I found it quite addicting.
