Baked Stuffed Peppers

I had made this a couple of weeks ago and popped them in the freezer. The peppers were from my Dad's garden. Did I mention that my Dad's 95th birthday is coming up?
Anyway I made the stuffing my mom use to make. So easy. Rice, sauteed ground beef, salt, pepper, parsley, Parmesan cheese and oregano. We topped them with homemade Marinara Sauce, that was in the freezer!
Oh and the best part - we had bread from Friends and Company. We ate there on Halloween and I was walking out with my doggy bag and the host said that Chris should be walking out with something too... and gave him a loaf of bread!

Wow 95! Great;) My dad celebrated 80 this year.
And stuffed peppers is kind of signature dish from my home cppuntry(Serbia).We make it msotly in tomatoe sauce and let it bake in the oven:)
