Today I came home from work very early feeling a little under the weather. The cats were delighted to have someone to snuggle up next to for a long nap.
Fortunately I had made Escarole and Bean Soup this weekend. Perfect comfort food. The chicken broth was so deliciuos. We also had some leftover frittatta from last night.
Now it's back to bed. Chris in on clean up tonight. Thank you Chris!
