I made the Pate Brise dough for the crust. I sauteed some thinly sliced London Broil and onions and put that in the dough. I added some grated Gruyère Cheese and baked it for about 25 minutes.

I made the Pate Brise dough for the crust. I sauteed some thinly sliced London Broil and onions and put that in the dough. I added some grated Gruyère Cheese and baked it for about 25 minutes.
