Tonight's dinner was suppose to be Grilled Chicken Sausage and Zucchini. But then it rained. And rained. And rained some more. When all else fails there is always the frittatta. We added fresh mozzarella and Fontina cheese along with some fresh thyme, parsley and basil. Nice meal for a rainy night.
This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.

Zucchini and Sausage Frittatta
Tonight's dinner was suppose to be Grilled Chicken Sausage and Zucchini. But then it rained. And rained. And rained some more. When all else fails there is always the frittatta. We added fresh mozzarella and Fontina cheese along with some fresh thyme, parsley and basil. Nice meal for a rainy night.
