This recipe comes from the Mario Batali book, Simple Italian Food, which I got for Christmas last year. I posted an entry with the recipe a while back. I made risotto as a side dish. The house smelled wonderful. It was a delicious meal.
This was the question that was asked by my mother every day when we spoke. We both enjoyed talking about food. She passed away in 2006. I miss someone asking that question. So this is where I will tell whomever what I am making for dinner.
