My sister Lenore made the Dandelion Soup. And as always it was delicious. Her broth is wonderful. The artichokes were made by Mary. They were very tender and the stuffing was perfect. Ralph made the Chicken, Peas and Potatoes. It is a great dish. I was on desserts. The cheesecake recipe came from
TLC Cooking site. I don't make a lot of cheesecakes. I don't know why because the result was quite tasty. And the Anginetti cookies were as light as air. The recipe was my mom's and I am not sure where she got it from. It was a delicious dinner.

Thank you! It was the best cheesecake I have had in while. But I don't eat it that often.
